I'm curious, what software are you using for creating dreams lately? I'm certain After Effect is still being used but I figure there's some new stuff that's come out that I'm unaware of since I last made one.

If you've got some new looping or blending tips that you want to share it would be appreciated and if you would share the format & video settings you've had good results with I would appreciate it.

For the first time in my life I have some time to relax and thought I'd make some dreams again.

Need a bit of help. Picked up DeskScapes 10 today and am having a bit of trouble with my MPG Dreams. For some odd reason they are no longer looping. MPG plays through but at the end it doesn't restart. Am I missing a setting change?

Also, it's been a while since I've created a dream and am wondering since the new version supports h264, has anyone created a 4k dream yet?

It looks like the forums got a bit of work today. Am I the only subscriber getting ads?

Why do I only show 14 dreams on My Skins List? It show that there is only one page of files when there should be 25 pages.

I get the same result from IE 8, 9, & 10, Chrome, Firefox, & Safari.

Can someone look into this?

I logged into Wincustomize yesterday and noticed I had ads. I figured my sub had expired and when I checked, it was.

I thought that would be an easy fix by renewing the sub, so I did. Still had the ads. I cleared my cookies and gave it another shot but it didn't fix the problem. I decided to call it a night and I figured it couldn't hurt to give it some time.

Fast forward to today. Logged off the site, cleared my cookies on all browsers, logged back in, still have the ads. As you can see by the screenshot from my account, the sub is active.

Can someone in Support please fix this for me?
